*Introduction*

Do you know about the snowy place in Sindh, or the place which is well known as Muree of Sindh.

Exactly Sindh has immense verity of places to visit Gorakh hill station is among them.

 

I am sharing my experience where i been there couple of weeks before. I visit the place which is situated in sindh such as amazing, beautiful ,peaceful place. Which i loved most and wants to go there again and again . This place named "GORAKH HILL".

 

I planned to visit there with some of my friends and i started my journey from hyderabad and stayed at dadu to took some short break. We took tea/coffe and move towards on we saw a small town named vahi pandi where people are very simple and living in simple way . We chanhe our car because its hilly area so we took jeep to go at gorakh hill. The way of gorakh is so tricky their roads are so dangerous because its hilly area finally we reached at gorakh hill to see beautiful views.

 

I saw the gorakh hill its such a beautiful place .there is no any pollution,  noise, people i found only one thing which is peace and silence.  Their views are amazing and lovely i just loved it and feel happy. The weather is so cold over there temperature ranges from 5 to 20 but in winters temperatures can drop 0 with occasionally snowing. I am sharing some important points which you need to take if any one visit gorakh.

Warm clothing

Gloves

Shawl/Muffler/Comforter/Beanie

Hiking Boots (Trial-running shoes would be good enough)

Water Bottles

Flash Lights

Snacks (Don’t worry the weather preserves the food)

Meds (Cold,Flu,Stomach,Vomit)/First Aid

Personal Hygenie Items

Youghrt (for keeping thrist in check and running spicy food down)

Sunblock

Activities: 4x4 jeep ride, camping, hiking, musical performance, bonfire

 

Musical performances continue for few hours, so you can join the audience even after dinner. After this make arrangements for bonfire, to make the experience even more fun people sing and dance around the fire and indulge in other activities. We played a game called ‘Antakshri’ a spoken parlor game in which each contestant sings the beginning part of a song that starts with the alphabet on which the previous contestant’s song ended. Other possible activities include board games and card games.

 

I must say this journey was truly a memorable experience. Made some great new friends. Learned some lessons. Travelling makes you really appreciate things in your life. So, if you have not begin travelling yet you are really missing out a lot in your life.

 

Usually hills  stations are formally opened for six months but according to suitable weather Gorakh area can be visited in any season in winters hilly area of Gorakh cover itself with snow which generally gives us feel of Muree in Sindh.
